Juktofront top leader and Bikalpa Dhara Bangladesh Chairman Professor A Q M Badruddoza Chowdhury on thursday urged the people across the country to vote for the symbol ‘boat’ in the 11th national parliament elections.
The former President made this call while addressing an election campaign of Mahi B Chowdhury’s election symbol ‘boat’ at Sirajdikhan High School in Munshiganj.
The Padma Bridge construction works are going on with our own finance by relentless effort of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, he said.
So, the former President urged the people to vote not only for Mahi B Chowdhury, but also vote for Shiekh Hasina, to help ensure victory of the electoral symbol ‘boat’, which was also polls symbol of Bangabandhu.
Chaired by Upazila Awami League President Mahiuddin, the elections campaign was also attended, among others, by Grand Alliance candidate of Munshiganj-1 Mahi B Chowdhury, former Awami League Health Affairs Secretary Dr Badiuzzaman Dablu and Upazila Awami League General Secretary SM Sohrab Hossen.-BSS
