Sushanto Paul is not mentally imbalanced person. I think conspiracy is going on to save him from appropriate punishment. Without medical tests, no one can be declared mentally unbalanced.
I strongly believe he, in disguise of career speaker, was working for a vested quarter who wants Dhaka University got stigmatized and controversial. An investigation committee should be formed to find the whole networks behind the ill process.
